Vamnik Outpost

Vamnik Outpost is a waystation and trading post near the settlement of Eirlset in Arin. It sits at the intersection of Onyx Road 46 and Onyx Road 62, about fifty miles east of Floyk. The outpost was established during the Wars of Arin by Vamnik, an Orcish commander in the armies of the Onyx Empire. At the time, the settlement was a mostly Orcish town known as Gikh Fokh, and this location served as a military stronghold during the waning days of the wars.

Vamnik Outpost is currently managed by Mroks, the half-Orcish grandson of the fort's namesake. As circumstances change and alliances shift in the east of Arin, Mroks is doing the best he can to maintain a neutral stance. The outpost's relationship with the nearby Grazhnakh city of Blukh Ukh is tenuous at best, although the Gar-bears Orcs are hesitant to invade the area due to the legend that Vamnik's ghost still watches over the stronghold.
