Ocsiban is a human priest of Demeter from the city of Athens. He works for the Barrons Reclamation Project in the city of Imor. He has been a diligent and productive part of the staff since he journeyed here some ten years ago at the urging of his goddess.

He brought his wife, Retepnap, back with him from a research trip he took to the Cardillic Desert a few years ago.

Subsequent to this trip, he developed the grain seed formula which is being hailed by the current powers that be as the first major step in achieving the project's self-named goal. He believes and has publicly stated that this formula could benefit other ravaged regions, if proven successful in restoring the desolate area outside the city. This has ruffled more than a few feathers among the nobles of Imor as they don't want others seeking out said aid, thereby disrupting the orderly lifestyle Imor currently enjoys.

He is a middle-aged man with salt-and-pepper hair, green eyes, and tan skin with an olive tinge.

At present, his whereabouts are unknown. He was last seen in Imor last Spring. His brown wristband was found in the woods northeast of the village of Promise Junction...and so the search continues.
