Ocsiban is a Human priest of Demeter from the city of Athens. He works for the Barrens Reclamation Project in the city of Imor. He has been a diligent and productive part of the staff since he journeyed here some ten years ago at the urging of his goddess.
He brought his wife, Napretep, back with him from a research trip he took to the Cardillic Desert a few years ago.
Subsequent to this trip, he developed a magical formula which increases the crop yield of any grain seed to which it is applied.
