Reillan II

Reillan II was the King of Kellan from 708 until 737 LC, succeeding his father, Clyan I, and preceding his nephew, Tristan I. Third of the four so-called Wesber monarchs, and the only one to die without an heir, he oversaw a mostly peaceful period in Kellan's history.
