Reillan II was the King of Kellan from 718 until 747 LC, succeeding his father, Clyan I, and preceding his nephew, Tristan I. Third of the four monarchs of the House of Wesber, and the only one to die without an heir, he oversaw a mostly peaceful period in Kellan's history.
