Celano

Celano was a Lastini from Pescara who was married to Duquesa Tiburona. He drowned, some say under mysterious circumstances, a few years ago. He had one daughter with the Duquesa, Dama Phichta, whom he was very proud of and he had no qualms about aiding her in supporting the royals in Mentoncha.
