Dere Tsun is a Human Transmuter from the city of Umachi in Jiberia. She is a member of the Ki-rin clan and is currrently attending University Al Maneera in Rogariel. She has one elder brother, Dere Yan, who travels with her as her protector when she wishes to return home.
