Old Scarsdale Manor

The Old Scarsdale Manor is the ancestral home of the Scarsdale Family. Located in Saeryt, it sits near the center of the dome of dust generated by the vortex to the Quasielemental Plane of Dust located in the city's ruins.

After the cataclysm of The Great Magic War, the Manor sat empty for centuries, slowly being eroded by the swirling dust. Although it was declared off-limits to visitors by the rulers of Imor, rumors persisted that the spirits of those who perished in those days still roam the halls and grounds of the manor.

Recently, the Manor was visited by an adventuring party, who were looking for some means to cure Orpheus of his possession by a Dark Guardian. While there, they confirmed that the manor was, in fact, haunted. They met the ghosts of Graystone Scarsdale and of his daughter, Katie. They also encountered zombies of those slain there since the war, and were told that ghouls roamed the cemetery located on the grounds, although the person who relayed that was less than reliable.
