Orant the Seeker

Orant is a Half-Elven ranger who lives in the western part of the Filitir Forest. As a young man, his parents were killed by a band of marauding orcs, and he personally hunted them down, killing them all. This earned him his epithet, "The Seeker", by which he is nearly always known.

Orant has often helped the creatures of the Filitir in bringing criminals to justice, and even though there is no White Army outpost as such in the forest, King Rondor has allowed him to be appointed the official rank of Captain of the duchy.
