Rondor

Rondor is the king of the Elves of the Filitir Forest, which he rules from the City of the Trees. Years ago, it was Rondor who forged the alliance between the Wood Elves and the humans of Kellan, and thus the Filitir became part of the White Alliance. Rondor has one son, Rowan, who is currently the leader of one of the White Army battalions stationed here.
