Peradon

Peradon is a town in Kellan, along the Shore Road on the south coast of the Lanad. It lies about thirty miles east of Morelenas, and is part of its duchy. Its main claim to fame is the presence of the Academy of the Goalec, a training academy for warriors run by Goalec 7 that is often used by the White Army.
