Reynaldo Piaccelli

Reynaldo Piaccelli is a Halfling thief from the city of Gascar. His family came here from the Medici Islands some time ago in an effort to establish House Lorenzo, with which they were affiliated, on the mainland. Rey, as he's known to his friends, is a close friend to The Turtle, and is often found at Fracas. He currently rents a room to Dudex, a fellow Halfling who works for the Carrolwood Project.
