Soujin

The city of Soujin is the most populous city in Jiberia. It is the capital of the influential Dragon clan, and as such is a center of diplomacy and intrigue. It also has a fairly good harbor, though not as large as the one in Tabune. It does, however, sit at the mouth of the Irisi River, the only navigable river in the region of more than a few dozen miles in length.
