SouthLands Signal Towers

These towers were built during the Wars of Arin to send signals from the north to the White Army's base in Hanmer. They were stationed about a day's ride apart along the King's Road from Hanmer all the way to the Thair Mountains, so they also often serve as safe havens along the road between towns along that route.

With the wars ended, the towers have fallen into disrepair. The ones in Kellan are still occasionally kept up, but in Hanaellan they are pretty much neglected entirely.
