Shethkor

The city of Shethkor is located in southeastern Kellan, east of Rabk and west of Gascar. It is the seat of one of the ten member duchies of the White Alliance, and its mayor and garrison commander is an Elf named Velder.

A number of years ago, Shethkor was briefly controlled by a clan of werewolves who infected a number of the city's prominent citizens, but they were defeated by a band of adventurers, and the surviving citizens were cured of lycanthropy.
