Shethkor

The city of Shethkor is located in eastern Kellan, about fifty miles south of the southern edge of the Filitir Forest. It is the seat of one of the ten member duchies of the White Alliance, northeast of Rabk and northwest of Gascar. Its mayor and garrison commander is an Elf named Velder.

A number of years ago, Shethkor was briefly controlled by a clan of werewolves who infected a number of the city's prominent citizens. They were eventually defeated by a band of adventurers led by Derek, and the surviving citizens were subsequently cured of lycanthropy.
