Velder

Velder is an Elven ranger who currently serves as the White Army's garrison commander at the city of Shethkor. He is also the city's de facto mayor. This may seem like an odd position for a man with such a background to take, but the arrangement dates back to the days shortly following the Wars of Arin. During that time, the city of Shethkor was infiltrated by a band of werewolves allied with the wizard Morjec, who was developing a scheme that would cut off the Filitir Forest from its allies. Fortunately, Velder recognized the problem and sent for aid from the White Council. A group of adventurers was dispatched, and the werewolves were defeated.
