Zemodi Trail

The Zemodi Trail is an ancient road that was built over seven hundred years ago between the city of Standrick and the Wall Town of Inirica. It is paved only between Standrick and Intrellia at the northern edge of the Zemodi Desert, and that has only been true over the past ten years, as The Colonel extended the paved region south from Wannell when he conquered Pal Noq.

Within Sambarria, the Trail has developed into an important route for moving troops and supplies. Indeed, The Colonel has considered expanding the road to the north, at least as far as the border with the Inner Kingdom. South of Sambarria, the road is generally used mostly by traders heading across the desert and by pilgrims seeking Shadow's Life, the grand temple to Nevis that lies in the heart of the Zemodi.
