Nevis

Nevis is the Ardic god of the dead, and is the keeper of the underworld. Though he is the patron of assassins and of the evil jeks, he is not himself evil, but of a more neutral bent. He has, as his symbol, a black skull on a grey field, and indeed his priests are forbidden from wearing any color but grey or black, though the shade of grey matters not.

His preeminent temple, known as Shadow's Life, is located in the very center of the Zemodi Desert in the southern Rannas, far from any other inhabited place. Some say this temple contains a door to any place where the dead of Ardrana may be, but the truth of this is known only to Nevis' priests.
