Wilkarren

Wilkarren is a town in southeastern Hanaellan, the largest town in the region east of Byngh. Sitting on the north side of the East-West Road opposite the Filitir Forest, the town is laid out around Lake Shabeau. Wilkarren is ruled by Kaputo Smarmilor, who holds the title of Earl of Salkis.

Under Earl Kaputo, the entire area became the center of the most steadfast support of Mirdael Hanaestor's decision to break away from the White Alliance. This may be due to the area's isolation from the rest of Kellan.
