Alvinia

Alvinia is a town in the duchy of Gascar, about seventy miles southwest of the city. It is mainly a market town, where the farmers of the interior portion of Kellan can meet and trade with the fisherman and other merchants from the east coast. About forty years ago, its status as the seat of a barony was reinstated, and its current lord is Lukus III, the son of Lukus the Blue, the current president of the White Council.
