Ciara is an Elven scout from Shaiyo, the only survivor of a scouting party that located a Maluur stronghold in the Camlekian Waste to the east. She provided its location to Molbo so that he could complete his mission to recover the Most Sacred Crock of Cheese from that stronghold.
