Davere is a human priest of Varice who serves as the personal healer and herald of Lady Tarsha. As a priest of the god of law, he is devoted its cause. Having studied the legal texts of the city of Tommard, he concluded that Baron Beauregard's succession was improper, and thus has given his support to the Tommardian Rebellion.
