Derek is a veteran fighter of the Wars of Arin, a close associate of both Zorg and Borg. Along with Eljayess, he is one of the few Humans from outside of Xorg's family to hold a high rank in both the army of Braith and its government. In his youth, he often adventured with Borin, and they were instrumental in foiling Morjec's plot to magically seal off the Filitir Forest. Today, he serves as chamberlain of Borg's court.
Derek was a PC played by Kevin Clark, and is now an NPC.
