Kalzac Verdimont el Marant

Kalzac was -- or is, as some claim he is still alive -- a Human wizard from somewhere in Ardann i'Parastha. He was one of the few who survived the fall of the Purple Castle over four hundred years ago, and along with Gandriel and Arphineas Moontamer founded the Jar-Kahni School of Arcane Knowledge. Kalzac's specialty was the art of Mysticism, which is today considered a lost art, because no books related to it are believed to have survived the Purple Castle's downfall.

Kalzac disappeared sometime after the school's founding, but he has reportedly been seen at various times and places throughout Ardrana.
