Lorenz

Lorenz was a Human mage who was the last master of the Purple Castle. Born in the city of Drev, most information about Lorenz's history was lost in the Castle's destruction. He is known to have performed many great feats of magic, including leading the construction of the Stoller Waterway that passes through northern Ardann i'Parastha. Legend tells that he perished in a duel with Keraptis that destroyed the Castle, although no witness but Keraptis himself lived to tell the tale. Today he is honored in his home city by having its great magic school, the New Lorenz Academie, named for him.
