Lyden

Lyden is a Halfling thief from the town of Runnel Fells on the fringes of the Camlekian Waste. His name as a thief was made some five years ago with a rather amazing hit on a wealthy merchant in eastern Tanilon. Since then he's done odd jobs, but seems to strike out on his own quite a bit. He's a thieves' guild member, but his dues are mostly paid by completion of jobs outside his hometown. Accordingly, he is known to several different guilds, but rarely by anyone outside of the thieving community.

Within guilds he is known as a professional. He takes great pride in doing the largest or smallest jobs to the best of his abilities. However, no one could ever say he performs for the betterment of his guild. Lyden is a personal opportunist first, and a guild contributor second. His favorite thieving objects are gems, as they are light and easy to exchange for large sums.

Several months ago, Lyden met Mace Nighthammer and his companions when he entered a hole they'd cut into the wall of a Maluur fortress during their attack on it. He decided to travel with the group, traveling with them for some time until leaving them in Hanmer following a series of misadventures that he deemed dangerous to his health. He was last seen talking to Thanos, and he may or may not have joined the Facilitators' Guild of Hanmer.
