Pescara is a city in Mentoncha, about twenty miles south of the capital along the Calle de Tierrimar. It is the second largest city in the region, and is ruled by Duquesa Tiburona. It is also the oldest city, as it is the site of the landing of the Lastini ships from Matria 150 years ago after the First Matrian Migration.
