Westervelt

Westervelt was a Human noble who was the ruler of the city of Drev from 209-236 L.C.. It was during this time that construction of the Stoller Waterway was begun, with Drev as its focal point. Westervelt is generally given credit for the idea along with Lorenz, the chief wizard of the Purple Castle.
