Commaranto is a Lastini nobleman, born in the city of Mentoncha, now living in Pescara. He is the brother of Queen Chatha os'Sarani of the country of the same name and Carther, and the son of former queen Kintana and Abrilon. He took Tiburona, the Duquesa of Pescara, as his wife after the death of her first husband. The couple and Tiburona's daughter, Dama Phichta, reside in that city. Commaranto is known affectionately to his nieces, Conchita and Kisha, as "Uncle Comma".
