Kellan was once a monarchy, most recently ruled by the House of Wesber. However, the last Kellanic monarch was King Tristan I, whose son dissolved the monarchy and turned control of its capital, Morelenas, over to Lord Morley Pallianor, newly-appointed Duke of Morelenas.
